2. Service Delivery
Services are delivered through meetings, reports, consultations, and ongoing advisory support.
Delivery format may include virtual meetings, written documentation, or in-person sessions as agreed.
Timelines and deliverables are governed by contract terms.
3. Timelines
Start dates and service cadence are defined in the applicable agreement.
Ongoing services may be delivered monthly, quarterly, or as otherwise specified.
Delays caused by client response time, third-party dependencies, or external factors will be communicated when possible.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients and affiliated entities agree to:
Provide accurate and timely information
Respond promptly to requests for approvals or documentation
Maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Fulfill all payment obligations per agreement
Failure to meet these responsibilities may impact service delivery.
5. Changes and Modifications
Any changes to scope, deliverables, or timelines must be documented in writing and approved by all parties. Additional fees may apply.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Termination terms are governed by the applicable service agreement.
Fees for services already rendered are non-refundable.
Prepaid or retainer fees are handled according to contract terms.
7. Policy Updates
This policy may be updated at any time. Revisions will be posted with an updated effective date.
