We provide the following core offerings:

  • Firewood Sales & Delivery – Residential and commercial firewood delivery

  • Specialty & Flavor Wood Products – Curated wood bundles for cooking, smoking, and specialty use

  • Commercial, Event & Bulk Supply – Ongoing or large-volume wood supply agreements

Product details, pricing, quantities, and delivery terms are outlined on our website, invoices, or written agreements prior to fulfillment.

2. Order Processing & Delivery

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed after payment is received and confirmed.

  • Delivery Method: Delivery is completed via our internal logistics or approved third-party delivery partners, depending on location and order size.

  • Pickup (if applicable): Pickup availability, timing, and location will be communicated at the time of purchase if offered.

Delivery schedules may vary based on seasonality, demand, weather conditions, and inventory availability.

3. Fulfillment Timelines

Typical fulfillment timelines are as follows:

  • Standard Residential Orders: Delivered within 3–10 business days after order confirmation, unless otherwise stated.

  • Bulk, Commercial, or Event Orders: Delivery timelines are scheduled based on volume and contract terms.

  • Specialty or Custom Orders: May require additional processing time and will be communicated in advance.

Delays caused by factors outside our control (weather, supply chain disruptions, access issues, or customer unavailability) will be communicated as soon as reasonably possible.

4. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure successful fulfillment, customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate delivery information and ensure reasonable access to the delivery location.

  • Be available or designate access during the scheduled delivery window.

  • Confirm order details prior to delivery.

  • Complete payment in full before fulfillment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays, rescheduling fees, or additional charges.

5. Changes and Modifications

Any changes to an order (delivery date, quantity, product type, or location) must be requested prior to fulfillment. Changes are subject to availability and may result in additional fees.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Before Fulfillment: Orders canceled before processing or delivery may be eligible for a refund, minus any applicable processing or restocking fees.

  • After Fulfillment Begins: Once delivery is scheduled, loaded, or in transit, cancellations may not be refundable.

  • Custom / Bulk Orders: Deposits or payments for custom, bulk, or commercial orders are non-refundable once fulfillment preparation has begun.

Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis in accordance with this policy and any applicable written agreement.
